quest for the tax return forms...OMGZ

hmm.. apparently the government doesn't want to give me money? SURPRISE! but seriously. it's like a flipping easter egg hunt just to find the forms!

this morning i went to 2 different post offices AND the library and i still don't have them. the post offices were no help at all. the first one said "oh you have to go to our MAIN post office for those" so i did. "oh aren't they out in the lobby?" i didn't see any "well that means we're out, sorry have a nice day" out? OUT? don't you have one back there you could just HAND me, instead of making me SEARCH! what is it like a limited time offer? once they're gone, they're gone till next year? WTF people?! GET IT TOGETHER! so then i went to the library... CLOSED! at 11 am on a friday? apparently no one needs books untill after 12:30 pm on friday.. uggggh.

not how i wanted to spend my day off. my one and only day off this whole week :( apparently the schedule is being changed again too.. jeez. but this morning i had to get up early to let the plumber in - out kitchen sink was broken. i was reaaaally wanting to sleep in on my day off, but noooo. T_T *sigh* then couldn't take a shower or do laundry, because the water had to be turned off. so that's half of my day off wasted already......

people need to stop giving me things to do!!!!

don't believe everything you see on TV

just to clarify, i like this bumper sticker for purely non-political and 100% selfish reasons. i just don't like being cold.

but since a lot of people don't seem to get it...

the idea of global warming has been around FOREVER. ever since the invention of the microwave. (they probably thought refrigerators would bring on the next ice age too)

this time around they've brought it back as a scam to scare people into paying more taxes...and to make you think stupid democrat leaders actually CARE about something besides killing babies and getting us all blown up by terrorists! imagine that :)

now obviously we should do what we can to help keep the environment nice... but the people who support this theory aren't doing any of the things they're trying to force on us! what does that tell you about them? either they really don't believe it, or they don't care. they just want to win the election and take your money. but don't take my word for it ;)

Prince Charles, you are stupid.

i'm sure most of you heard about how prince charles suggested that "mcdonald's should be banned forever". if you haven't, it's at about 3:20 in this video. He suggests that "getting rid of mcdonald's is the key to improving physical fitness in the world."
RIIIIGHT.
get rid of ONE fast food chain and suddenly people will be inspired to excersize and actually take care of themselves! oh sure...pure genious! that's why you're british. go drink some tea you old crumpet.
people have to want to take care of themselves to be physically fit. it doesn't just happen because you take the temptation away. you can still get fat from eating healthy! people just need to learn moderation.

and is it me or are all governments becoming a little toooo controling? *cough* communism *cough*

juuuuuury duuuuuuty

yeah so i did my civic duty today. didn't get put on an actual jury (thankfully), just did the part where you sit in a big room full of people for HOURS upon HOURS of your life and wait for your name to be called. it's like the lottery backwards...because you DON'T want your name to be called. but at least i don't have to do it again for another year.
now i need to make up for the hours of work i missed. bleh...

japan's plan to solve the american obesity issue:

the Wii. lets make the fat gamers get up and excersise! yaaaay. heh, just thought i'd point this out...

lol. they have a thing set up at the mall where you can play the wii XD it was so funny watching people play. you have to feel somewhat self concious doing that... in the middle of the mall.

yeah i went to the mall in december...i must be suicidal XD lol.. it wasn't too bad today tho, cuz it's tuesday and stuff. and i'm so excited ^__^ i found a specific gift i was wanting to get for someone! i asked in like 3 different stores if they had it... they just looked at me dumb and told me no :( but i finally found it!! horray for strange memorabillia type stuff :) heh.

before that i went to class day (school) with everyone... that was kinda fun. watched them do the christmas play and everything. and saw some old friends.. that's always interesting.
