well, i've been sick all weekend... but still managed to do everything i had to do. play lead keyboard for the sunday morning service. which actually went alright. then played piano for the primetimers christmas caroling thing at the nursing home. man i did sooo bad at that. i really should have just stopped playing when i got lost.. but no, i kept going.. and it sounded terrible. =.=;; also did the christmas light thing. yay for "being monopolized"! lol...because i'm a commodity? kay but really, sorry for not sitting up by everyone else. i will try to be more sociable next time.
also, i think i'm bad at talking to people. i say regular stuff that isn't meant to be offensive at all and people get all offended? *sigh* i need to take classes on how to socialize or something.. on second thought, that's lame. maybe i'll go live in a cave!

i'm sorry but seriously?! why do we call this fashion? no one in their right mind would EVER wear these things in public. they are rediculous if not utterly HIDEOUS!! maybe artsy, but impractical - unless you live in a circus.

i give you: exhibit A and exhibit B and exhibit C (it's like a bad cosplay).
apparently strangely colored, "i-just-got-laid" frumpy looking hair is in... somewhere in the world. oh yes. actually i'm pretty sure it isn't and they just want people to try to look like that so they can laugh at how messed up they look...

what you wear and do with your hair should at least make you look good. why else would we bother wearing it?! if i can't even figure out how to put it on then i see no point. and don't get me wrong, i do like some fashion stuff. and i'm not saying i get it right all the time myself... but come on! this stuff here is supposed to be professional!!

but i guess if anything it has entertainment value. because i like to just look at it and laugh.

p.s. here's more. i guess i might sound mean... because you can tell these people are really excited about it and stuff. but personally i think they put most of this stuff together in the dark.

so tonight i had a few new experiences. my family was invited to dinner by some people. so, we went to a fancy seafood buffet in a fancy hotel downtown. so we had to all dress up nice and stuff. it was somewhat awkward because apparently these people eat there like ALL the time, they know like all the waiters and they were all greeting them like "hey! hi again! how are you doing?" and stuff. but yeah, i tried a bunch of funky foods i've never had before. some i don't even know what it was. stuff like scallops, caviar, sushi (tried before, but had some different kinds), and some Champagne. and of course the usual stuff like shrimp and whatnot. the dessert was yummy ^_^ they had a chocolate fountain! to dip strawberries and stuff in =) it was neat. although i'm sure you guys are around this kind of stuff allll the time and aren't really impressed by it.. lol.
here's some neat sushi shapped stuff. unfortunately they didn't have any of this.

staff meeting for work today was real stressful. and i wasn't even part of most of the debates. but i'm still stressed. bleh... deadlines. i'm glad to be done with the meeting but i still feel stressed. usually i'm feel better after it's over. i guess because i was having to explain that i didn't get as much done as i should have because my internet connection has been on and off for a while. but still.....
i have too much work to catch up on.. besides that they are changing a lot of what i have to do, so i have nooo idea what i'm supposed to be doing, and neither do the people in charge of me? so then is it my fault i'm not getting anything done? yes.
also i offered to help the graphics designer with some stuff, cuz she's really stressed out too... i don't know what i'll be able to do.. i'll likely just make an idiot of myself. blah. this working on the computer stuff isn't as easy as you think!!!!!
anyway. complaining time over. i need to go sulk and kill things...

lol. they have a thing set up at the mall where you can play the wii XD it was so funny watching people play. you have to feel somewhat self concious doing that... in the middle of the mall.

yeah i went to the mall in december...i must be suicidal XD lol.. it wasn't too bad today tho, cuz it's tuesday and stuff. and i'm so excited ^__^ i found a specific gift i was wanting to get for someone! i asked in like 3 different stores if they had it... they just looked at me dumb and told me no :( but i finally found it!! horray for strange memorabillia type stuff :) heh.

before that i went to class day (school) with everyone... that was kinda fun. watched them do the christmas play and everything. and saw some old friends.. that's always interesting.

still trying to figure out why i didn't wake up till nearly 2pm today after going to bed at 1am... usually when i do that i can wake up anywhere from 8 - 10 without any problems. also dad said the light in my room was on at 4 in the morning.. but i was in bed then? so i'm pretty sure i may have been abducted by aliens. or something....
no i'm joking... but man, i have a headache. stupid sleeping in. ugh.
saw casino royale last night... it was pretty good. i liked it :) i think the graphics designer who did the opening credits intro thingie was high though.. it was out of control.
